Returns & Replacement Policy

We stand behind every sensor. If something goes wrong, message us and we’ll sort it out quickly.

1. Faulty sensor: we replace it

If your sensor has a manufacturing fault during its 14-day wear period, we replace it free of charge.

  • It arrives in 2–3 working days in Cairo and Giza, and 3–5 in other governorates.
  • No need to send the faulty sensor back.

2. Problem during application

If the sensor was damaged during application, we cover half: your replacement sensor is 50% off. Just tell us within the 14-day wear period.

3. Unopened sensors: full refund

Changed your mind? Return the sensor unopened and sealed within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. You can send it back to us or drop it at our office.

4. How to claim

Message us on WhatsApp at +20 108 033 0002 with:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the sensor on your arm
  • a photo taken after applying it
  • the serial number from the box
  • the codes of any sensors you used before
