How It Works
Setting up your Sibionics CGM — apply your sensor step by step, then follow your readings in the app.
Order
Choose your pack (1, 6, or 12 months). Enter your delivery address. Pay by card online or cash on delivery.
Apply
Everything in the box: 1 sensor applicator, 1 sensor pack, 1 product insert and 1 patch. You also need an alcohol wipe and the SIBIONICS app.
Connect
Open the SIBIONICS app, tap “Connect a New Device” and scan the QR code on the box.
How to apply the sensor

Choose the site
Select a site on the back of your upper arm. Pick skin that stays flat when you move, away from scars, moles, stretch marks or lumps.
Use a different spot from your last sensor.

Clean the skin
Wash the site with plain soap and dry it. Then use an alcohol wipe to remove any oily residue and let your skin air dry.
Alcohol wipes are not included in the box.

Open the sensor pack
Put the sensor pack on a flat, hard surface and peel the lid off completely.
Do not use it if the pack or applicator looks damaged or already opened, or if it is past its expiry date.

Press firmly on a flat surface
Remove the cap from the sensor applicator. Keep the pack on a flat, hard surface and line up the small white bulge with the notch on its edge. Press the sensor applicator firmly down on the pack until it comes to a stop, then lift it out.
A light press won’t load the sensor.
Do not touch the inside of the applicator or put it back in the pack.

Remove the safety clip
Press and pull the safety clip out.
Only do this after loading. Until then the clip stops the button being pushed by accident.

Hold it square to your arm
Place the sensor applicator over the site with its base flat against your skin all the way round. Hold it straight and push the button down. Keep it still for a moment, then gently pull the applicator straight away from your body. The sensor stays on your skin.
Keeping it square helps the sensor stick and the filament insert fully.
Do not push down until the applicator is over the site. Check that the sensor is secure.

Connect and warm up
Open the SIBIONICS app, tap “Connect a New Device” and scan the QR code on the box. Do this right after applying the sensor.
1-hour warm-upReadings start after the warm-up. The app shows a countdown.
The sensor stops working after 14 days. Then apply a new one.

Add the patch
Your box includes one patch. To use it, line up its centre hole with the sensor, peel off half the backing and smooth that half on, then peel off the rest and press the edges down.
Optional. Clean, dry skin around the sensor helps it stick.
The dial in step 4 shows how far the applicator has travelled to the stop, not how hard to press.
