Common Questions
What if my device has a manufacturing defect?
We replace the device free of charge after a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the manufacturer. WhatsApp us with your purchase invoice. See our full Returns & Replacement Policy.
Can I start with a single sensor and upgrade later?
Yes. Many users try a single sensor first, then switch to a subscription once they see the value. We apply a partial credit from your single-sensor purchase if you upgrade within 30 days.
Do I need a prescription?
No. You can buy or subscribe directly. We strongly recommend working with your doctor to interpret readings.
What if the device is damaged through misuse?
Within 7 days of purchase, we can replace the device on a 50/50 cost-share basis. Purchase invoice is required.
How is delivery handled?
Cairo and Alexandria: same-day or next-day via Bosta. All other governorates: 2-3 working days via Aramex. Free for all plans and single-sensor purchases.
