1. Manufacturing defects

The device is replaced free of charge in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects, following review and confirmation by the manufacturer.

2. Misuse

In cases of misuse, the device may be replaced within the first 7 days from the date of purchase. The customer pays 50% of the device price; the company covers the remaining 50%.

3. Required documentation

A purchase invoice or other proof of the purchase date is required to take advantage of the replacement policy.
